My Solution

Problem: Hiring of qualified tire technicians.

Solution: I believe starting a technical school or class to be an opportunity to solve the issue. Typically we have to rehire old employees or go through on the job training which takes away from current employees productivity. If there were a technical school with a nine to twelve month program teaching individuals about their job responsibilities as a technician it would allow us to hire trained and professional individuals with a base of knowledge. Also, it would create a career path for these people so they don't see it as just a job.

  1. Hi Jason,

I really like the way you worded this proposal. Training tire technicians is important because every car owner wants guaranteed safety on the road. It only makes sense that new employees should take part in a year-long program to teach them not only proper installation, but also customer service. I’m really interested in seeing where your market research takes you. If you have a chance, feel free to check out my blog: allisontakesonent.wordpress.com .

  2. Hi Jason,
I really love the idea of bringing back technical schools. They provide great schooling for those that do not wish to go to a university or for those who are less fortunate and cannot afford to go to school elsewhere. I think that there are too many people pushing for college degrees and this could help solve the problem! Great idea!
